Many thanks for your prompt reply, regarding my problem. Unfortunately since I installed AVG ultimate there is no options section on the menu button…! Therefore I cannot proceed any further with my problem. If you could assist with a solution relevant to my software (AVG Ultimate ) I would be very grateful.

Can anyone tell me where i can find which programs are being blocked outwards ( i.e… to Ineternet) in the above programme.  It seems to be letting all programmes through at the moment.
