Hello Mostafa. When you have chosen interactive firewall mode, the firewall will prompt you for all sort of actions that it performs. However, if you wish that the firewall should exclude the exceptions and prompt you only for the applications which are not added in the exceptions, you could prefer automatic mode. Thank you. Hi Kishore, I have the same issue as Mostafa, so i change the firewall mode to Automatic, and then run the KMPLayer again but this time i chek also the firewall log and guess what? AVG allowed outgoing communication for KMPlayer! which is something i don't want to. So is there any way how to block applications communication which is based on the app serial number? because this serial number is not changing even when i start KMplayer multiple times in a row (destination IP is changing). Or will i have to still creating new blocking rule for the same app again and again? Because i dont see a reason why KMPlayer should communicate with outside world when i'm really not interested in new version and any other outgoing communication is something what i definitely don't want to. Thanks for answer or even better for some solution (switching to AUTO mode is not that kind of solution im expecting :)).

I have probelm with firewall interactive mode. If I block an application(for example KMPlayer) and check the "Save my decision…", it will ask again everytime I run that application. It seems firewall can't save my decision!
Any idea to solve this problem?

Hello Mostafa. Please have a look at this link: http://bit.ly/1dVjGAf and you can know what Interactive Mode of Firewall does. It is always recommended to choose only Automatic Mode of Firewall. Thank you.
