"Firewall knows the connection point" Popup

Hi Thomas,

I'm sorry for delayed reply. We are now experiencing higher traffic than usual. I'd recommend reinstalling AVG http://avgclick.me/howtoreinstallAVG in this case.

If the issue still persists then I'd like to ask you for AVG log files for closer analysis. Please download and run this http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe, briefly describe the situation, include link to this conversation and send it. Specialists will contact you on your e-mail after analysis.

Thanks.

Please forgive me. I waited over a week and got no response, so I asked again.

Meanwhile, can you help me with my problem? There is a significant defect in the AVG software, significant enough that I will not buy the product again if I can't solve the problem.

What can I do about it? Can you hel[p me?

I'm am getting this popup so frequently it is making my laptop almost unusable. I see it is a known problem, but I can't find any solution. Supposedly I can do something in "AVG Settings" to fix it, but I sure can't figure out how.

I did find this, but the answer is completely useless.:

Firewall knows the connection point. Sharing settings are automatically applied.

How do I stop very frequent pop ups in lower rt of screen which says:

"Firewall knows the connection point. Sharing settings are automatically applied.
Poppy
File and printer sharing is disabled.
Chang file sharing settings"

Sometimes 2 or 3, even 4 pop ups will occur in succession.
