firewall problem?

local xampp web server not accessed by local devices with static local PC IP… win 7 PC - internet security 2014

I have another PC win XP - internet security 2014 can access success…

I modified windows host file at
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc</em>
but comment again lines like before
Is it firewall problem???

Leonidas, Also have you considered upgrading to AVG 2015 to see if this corrects your situ… Have look @ this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-upgrade-AVG-8-5-9-0-2011-or-2012-to-the-latest-version).

worked after disable AVG Firewall… success access.
xampp=same as AVG.
SLOTS 80 , 443
What the solution Access without disable FireWall…? static IP /192.168.10.yyy
