And please note that if you choose a firewall action (allow or deny) for the first time, from the second time, the connection will be automatically gets established or blocked based on the decision for the first time. I was referring to Google's Hangouts Plugin according to AVG's Application communication request. I am aware of how it should work and would not get an AVG Application communication request if I already answered during current session. I can leave the box untouched and the call still goes through. I never use "Save my decision" and would not get an AVG Application request if I had. This firewall does not allow control of many things especially windows services. What AVG "Trusts" doesn't mean that I do…

I have AVG Ultimate on Win 7 Ultimate with the Firewall set to Interactive(Ask). It appears to allow traffic while awaiting an Interactive decision. An example is when logged into gmail and making a phone call in Chat. When I select a phone # the call starts immediatly although I have not yet selected allow on the popup Interactive box. This is disturbing. So much for my banking and credit card information being sent out… This happens in IE and Firefox.
