Firewall not working after update

After update my firewall is not available and my internet is not working. Can’t get to my AVG account and the VPN is not responding.

To resolve your issue, I kindly request you to go to Menu\Settings\Troubleshooting and if you scroll down to "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option.
Once it's done, kindly restart you computer.

I've done all of this and it still isn't working on both Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 PC's.
It's clear that it's a problem caused by AVG's major update today.

Rakshith: You keep asking users for screenshots of the problem although no amount of screen images is really going to help is it?

Why don't you give an honest answer and admit that AVG have screwed up with this update? And then perhaps let us know that AVG is working to resolve the issue? (If that's actually true)
