today I upgrade to Ultimate package for a year. everything is set up except the icon for Hacker protection/ firewall. went into account and every other button is green saying its on. But that one is still red. It wont moved. It gives me messages to fix, I push the fix button and get no results. I have re started 3 times already when prompted, no results with that either. Any advice s to hhow I can get that up and running?
Are you sure because I complained about this when I bought the ultimate package and I was told you had a 'problem' with Windows 10 so the Firewall wouldn't work but you were working on a fix. Since then I've heard nothing at all and there have been no updates so you're talking rubbish to one of us! The whole thing seems a bit of a con quite honestly. Your website said that the Ultimate package offered total protection and there was NO mention of any issues of any sort. I'm now coming up to a month in to my subscription and you STILL haven't delivered the product you promised. I notice you're none too keen to offer any money back for not being able to deliever on your promises. So who are you lying to again? Is it easily fixed and you just didn't bother telling me or are the fixes mentuioned here just more hot air?
On a separate note, your website also promises I can use AVG Ultimate to protect ALL of my devices but only after I paid my money was i told that my Windows phones can't be protected. Is AVG fundamentally dishonest as a company and if so, how do your customers know if you have any kind of actual protection in your software at all?

I understand your concern on this firewall issue.
We have found a fix for this issue. Please open AVG Internet Security, go to Menu, Settings and then troubleshooting. Click on "Restore factory settings", this will enable the "Hacker Protection" component.
Note: Clicking on restore factory settings will reset all the settings in the AVG program.
In our websites, it is clearing mentioned that AVG Ultimate can be installed on multiples devices like Windows and Mac computer, android mobile phone.
