You can find application rule (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > click on drop down button for Firewall > application rule). If you need any further assistance, then please contact us again and let us know why you want to locate application rule in AVG.

Sigh, the new menu is getting "complicated".

I have a suggestion:
Firewall Block and Unblock option should be readily available with right click on AVG icon.
It is missed out in previous version but appeared in earlier release.
