Firewall problem

AVG firewall is blocking all access to the internet.  I have checked the trusted sites and they are still all there.  This problem started this morning.  To use the internet I have to completely turn off the firewall.  Any suggestions.  I feel vulnerable.  Thanks
Warren, Registered email address.. It's the email address that you use to log onto the Community. If you didn't receive the instructions email check your email spam/junk folder.
