Firewall seems to be block a specific pgm. how can I circumvent this?

2. Click on Hackers Attacks.
3. Click on 'Firewall Options', select Application rules.
4. Click on New Group, give it a name.
5. In the list of groups you see, click on the one you created.
6. Then follow on screen instructions to add the application and specify the rules.
