Firewall setup for usb control center

I need to set up an exception for USB Control Center in my firewall. I added an exception as instructed by the application software help file. The info is listed below.

To add the USB Control Center utility as a firewall exception, make sure to add both the executable file, as well as the following network ports:

    • TCP IN 19540
    • TCP OUT 19540
    • UDP IN 19540
    • UDP OUT 19540
I did this and I still can not use the printer connected to my router. If I disable the firewall it work just fine.
Has anyone discoverd how to add an exception that allows the printer connected to the router USB port to function properly?

My router is a Linksys model EA8500.
