For troubleshooting purpose, please enable 'Internet connection sharing mode' in AVG firewall settings and verify the issue.
Open AVG, click Menu -> Settings -> Full Protection -> Enhanced firewall.
On the right side, tick the checkbox against 'Internet connection sharing mode' to enable it.
unable to screen extending, fire wall is stopping
i have changed wifi network to Private mode and enabled all in system rules, unless i switch of firewall i am unable to share screen to my wireless tv. please resolve the process

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG Firewall, Rajesh. Please try repairing AVG program once & check if it helps.
