We need to check with your firewall settings to fix this issue.
Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu at the top right -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> System rules -> make sure all the task has been enabled.
Again, Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> change all the profiles from public to Private and check if it helps.

I have this app on the phone called unified remote, which AVG's 2018 firewall prevents from connecting to my pc (so that I can use my phone as a remote commanding mouse and other programmes installed on the pc). this happens despite unified remote has the permission to communicate through all ports, in the firewall settings. and funnily enough if didn't happen last year with previous AVG version. can you please help to fix this? thanks
