Firewall & Websites

I use Google Chrome and have 15 tabs opened at once.

This morning, all worked ok, but there has been an AVG update sometime today. Now at least half of those websites will not connect, stating

"Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again."

I have searched and I cannot find anywhere on my AVG to change the settings to allow these websites to connect.

Can anyone assist please, telling me in the simplest of terms on how I can get all my websites back and connected.

Thanks

Hi Doug,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About).
Also, share us the screenshot of the message that prompts you to allow Chrome to access internet.
Meanwhile, please try visiting those websites in different browser & let us know if the issue is with Chrome alone.
