First no internet after update now cannot upload photos from SD card

I can understand your frustration.
Could you tell me if you have tried disabling AVG and then checking the issue? To disable AVG, select the AVG icon on your System Tray right beside your clock. Right-click on the AVG Icon and then click on ON to turn it "OFF".

I also suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.

Please Enable all the System Rules under Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Policies.

2 weeks ago I had new updates for protection and then no internet access. I have tried everything to get it back and then suddenly it has come on. I don’t know what I have done. But Now I cannot get photos from SD card to load. What is AVG doing to my laptop? I am on Windows 10
