I have a faced a very horrifying situation after downloading the AVG Deep Cleaning Mobile application from Play Store(India).After downloading it requested to upgrade for Pro for deep cleaning. Once I paid the money it converted into Pro mode but nothing new features and always display message "Failed" to deep clean. 
Once I contacted the customer care support this is an irresponsible message received from customer care team "

"Please be informed that these are fake pop-ups, which usually appear in most of the apps and browsers nowadays. This is a kind of marketing strategy used by some app developers to make you download some of their app.
It will just post some ads/pop-ups and say that your device is infected with virus and you need to download this app to stay protected. Please ignore such ads and pop-ups, if there is any threat on your device AVG will alert you at the end your scan.

First thing it is not a Pop-up message I have chosen a specific option on mobile application for upgradation. And they are saying that it is a fishing pop-up on their mobile application and not received the payment. 

My first doubt is whether this AVG is a trusted one or a Fake mobile application to steal the data.
I have installed two AVG application (Paid versions) and given all permissions and made some bank transactions. Is my other applications are safe or I have to format the mobile?
