The message '39% tuned up' is actually the percentage of how much AVG PC Tune Up program has tuned up your computer. You actually need not worry about it since it is by default that your AVG PC Tune Up program checks for errors every three days and will fix the errors. The percentage will vary from time to time. It is a normal behavior of your AVG PC Tune Up program. If you still wish to increase the performance of your computer, we suggest you to manually 'run' maintenance scan and other scans and fix the errors. why isn't my PC after purchasing AVG tuneup not at 100% after doing the fix & cleanup? It scanned and found the problems so I clicked on the fix it. Shouldn't be at 100% after doing this it is only at 39%
