Hi Leigh, extremely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have fixed this issue and you wont be receiving the pop up messages anymore. If you still receive any pop up messages regarding AVG, I request you to move your mouse pointer towards the top right corner of the Pop up. You will be able to close it by clicking on that close option present there. Thanks.
AVG will get rid of it, if you allow one of their operatives into your computer. I would recommend against it, because they will mess something else up. See my posting on the subject.

AVG Fix common PC problems Popup [SOLVED]: Internet Technology
Here's what I did:
Press CTRL+Alt+Delete
Clicked the Applications Tab
Click AVG
Click "End Process."
(It ends and takes the browser window with it)
For some reason i get a popup from avg on bottom right corner saying fix common pc problems reduce problems with your printer scanner sound or network problems. I have a paid version of avg. Clicking on the popup doesnt do anything at all it just stays there. Any ideas on how to get rid of it as i edit photographs and this thing is a pain in the backside
