Fix problems suggests that I defrag my SSD's

Hi all, so AVG TuneUp is telling me (in the fix problems section) that I need to optimise my drives, if I hover the cursor on the "show" button it says "Defragmenting your hard drive is like tidying your house etc etc" My concern is that I have SSD's in my system. All my drives are SSD's either M.2 NVMe or regular SATA SSD's and I thought that you should never defrag them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

We would like to inform you that a hot fix was released for 20.1 version of AVG TuneUp from which you will not get the option to defrag SSD's.
If you still see the option, please download AVG TuneUp setup file using this https://www.avg.com/download-thank-you.php?product=GSE-2019 link.
Proceed with the installation after download.
Please check the status of defrag for SSD on AVG TuneUp after installation.
