Refer the below article to run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tools: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product which uninstall AVG with its traces and reinstall AVG product as mentioned in Step 2.
