Sorry to hear that. Are you facing issue with your PC after installing AVG Free Antivirus? If so, please disable it as mentioned in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-use-Passive-Mode ) and check if it works. If the issue is resolved after disabling AVG, please share the screenshot of letters in your PC to assist further.

Hello. Since installation the letters on my screen are skinny and riddled with holes. Not sure how this happened?
