Hi Sreenu, Unfortunately I cannot raise this query in my AVG account as when I log in and go to "Reach out for Customer Support" I get a message from that site saying "

Sorry, we're currently hard at work
improving our Support Center.

Please check back with us a bit later."
I can answer the questions you asked though. I am using AVG Antivirus (as part of AVG Ultimate) I am unable to attach the screen shot to this enquiry here. I am guessing I could if I could do this through my AVG account? Regards, Kylie

I have worked it out.  I had my default browser on my phone set as AVG Antivirus.  I changed it to Chrome and voila…straight through to the url!
