Please refer this article and check whether TuneUp is under "subscriptions on this PC" column and whether it shows correct expiry date.

Hi.
Today, pc tuneup is not working as usual. The app is telling me that I can purchase a new subscription but my subscription is still valid until October. All pro functionalities are deactivated.
Please help.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked.
I simply hope that I won't have to do that too often.
