Forgot my old password and more

Hello, I have a small problem regarding my free AVG antivirus …

1. I forgot my login password …
2. I have received a new email address that I have not informed you in time …

Now I can not reset my password because you send the mail to my old email address … :frowning:

My old email address was: "[Email Address Removed]"
The new email address is: "[Email Address Removed]"

I have just paid 199, - Dkr. today for an upgrade of my protection, but I can not activate it because you send the activation email to the old email address. What do I do now?

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I've successfully merged both the accounts under your email address ********@*mail..

You have an active subscription for AVG Internet Security-Unlimited valid till 2019.3.12. Please follow the steps below to activate the same on your computer:

  1. Please, open AVG Internet Security/AVG Anti Virus Free>My AVG>Subscriptions.
  2. Please click on "Log out" on AVG Subscription Tab and then you will be able to find "Remove License" option. If the Logout Option is not available, please click on Remove License.
  3. Click on it and wait for the process to get finished.
  4. Once it is completed please restart your PC and get into subscriptions tab to click on "Log into account"
  5. Enter the AVG My Account credentials and check whether it activates your recent subscription.

Note: Please do not provide Personal Information like the email address in Public Forum.
