Hi Bill, 
You can unlock AVG PC TuneUp by changing Protection value in Registry Editor. Just run regedit and change following value.

32bit os:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avg\AWL2015\Protection

64bit os:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Avg\AWL2015\Protection

Double-click Enabled, and then change the value from "1" to "0". 

Now the AVG TuneUp should be unlocked.

Hello, I have forgotten my password to AVG tune Up. Is there any way to reset it?
