Hello, I used the Tune Up app but forgot to cancel it as it was installed on a now-dead computer. I don't use or need the app and would like a refund for the 12 months. This was only billed in the last couple of days. Billing email was first I knew about it. Thanks.

Since auto renewal service was enabled for its 60 day trial that you signed on 2nd November 2019, this charge was debited.
We did send prior email notification about this process and the charge that is going to be taken.
