Forgotten AVG product password — assistance needed to remove software

Problem description:
When trying to uninstall AVG AntiVirus from our family PC, the uninstaller (or AVG settings) prompts for a product/password that has been forgotten. The computer belongs to our family and the device owner (my father) has given permission to remove the software, but we do not have the saved password. Standard uninstall via Windows Settings / Control Panel does not complete because of this password prompt.

Request:
Please advise on the official, legal ways to either (a) recover/reset the product/password via the AVG account, or (b) remove the product using AVG’s official removal tool (AVG Clear / AVG Remover) or another supported procedure. We are ready to provide proof of ownership of the device, account details, license number, screenshots of the password prompt, or any additional information required.
