Forgotten password for AVG Anti-theft

Unfortunately I've logged in and my device isn't recorded (despite receiving the confirmation email).
I've tried contacting AVG repeatedly all day and the best I could do was get hold of someone in their software helpdesk.
They don't seem to have any helpdesk support for their app/mobile devices.
I spoke to three different people today and still don't have a solution, and still am unable to use my phone.
So frustrated right now and there seems to be absolutely no way to get hold of anyone at AVG who can actually resolve what must be a pretty common issue!!

Polly, AVG assistance available is email. Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I've changed the sim on my phone which has enabled the AVG Anti-theft lock screen and I can't remember my password.
I've logged into my AVG Account and it says there is no device registered, even though I received a confirmation email from AVG that my device had been registered!!

Please help! I can't use my phone at all!
