As per our record you have created the AVG my account using your Gmail email address and we don't see any license records under this account. From our end we have sent you the reset password email. Please check for the email by logging into Gmail website from a web browser and do not check the email from any email client like Outlook. Also check on spam and junk folders if it is not present in the inbox.
If you still didn't get the email please contact our technical support via https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales inorder to delete your my account as well as cancelling the auto renewal.

Eveytime I click forgotten password and to resend it to me I get nothing . I have cheked my junk/spam folder too
