Please try change AVG MyAccount to new password (never used before), it should be synchronized to AVG Family Safety.

We have AVG Family Safety installed on my HP laptop Windows 8. The password no longer seems to work for the AVG Family Safety installed on the laptop. How do I change it?

I have updated the password on the AVG My Account successfully to a new password. However, this doesn't work on the locally installed AVG Family Safety.
