Are you using the AVG free?

Since AVG updated to 19.1.3075 (build 19.1.4142.0) - UI 1.0.141  Forza 7 has consistent stuttering in game. Uninstalling AVG corrects the issue (disabling AVG or using passive mode doesn't work) but I'd rather not do that. Just wondering if anyone knows why this happens or has a workaround for the problem. Thank You.
