I have posted regularly since AVG Tuneup damaged my computer. I've had all sorts of excuses, and yet what I haven't had is the PROMISED support to fix it. After years of using AVG products, I find that loyal customers don't deserve a thing. We are money and nothing else. Maybe my little bit of money that they won't ever see again won't matter to a big company. But I am not going to stop leaving bad reviews and fighting back every inch of the way.
AVG don't care about you. Don't expect them to. These pages are a sop to give them an appearance that customer service matters to them. It doesn't.
