having problems with AVG Tune up. activated scan all issues fixed except fragmentation - which went on f
ixing` for over 9 hours.

We do understand your concern, we apologize for the difficulties. Please check if there is any external storage devices connected with your system. We suggest you to cancel the process, on AVG PC Tuneup main interface, right click on settings icon (maintenance feature) skip the defragmentation option.
Now, go to All functions feature( last component) -> Hard Disk -> Defragment Disk. Select the driver and choose "run a fast defragmentation". It will show you the time frame of the process. We need to wait till the process gets completed.
