Please try to run the Windows defragmentation once and check whether your hard disk has been heavily fragmented. If not please complete the Windows defragmentation process, restart your PC and run the 1-click maintenance again and check whether it resolves the issue.

AVG PC Tune-up_765 was already in place. downloaded and installed it again. Still stuck defragmenting for the last 3+ hours. If there is a later version please advise. If not, what next?

Allowed AVG deframentation to run from 10pm last night until 8AM this morning. It was still running. Canceled and now back to "Maintenance not run yet mode". Ran MS system Defragementor. Hardly any fragmentation found. Successfully completed with 0% framenation. Rebooted and ran 1-click maintenance again to check whether it resolved the issue. It did not. Once again found fragmentation and once is again is defragmenting. If this isn't resolve soon I'd would like to see about a credit back to my account. Thank you.
