Fraudulent charge

I was charged $83.76 by DVI*AVG technologies on 10/13/2024 but I have no active subscriptions.  I called AVG and they looked into my account and agreed that there is no order.  I never recieved any emails regarding an order.  AVG said that someone may be using their tagline on the billing but I found all these similar cases online.  AVG please contact me and correct this.
