Fraudulent charges

I was recently billed for AVG services that I never requested. I don't know how you got my CC number, but I never authorized payment to you. I am awaiting the letter from my CC company to see how you justify this fraud, since you contested my reversal. Then I will be formally filing charges of fraud with both my CC and the BBB.
