Free 60 day trial.....?!?!?!?!

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that the trial version of AVG TuneUp is not yet renewed.
As we're unable to locate the charge, we've sent you an email requesting few info.

Why was I CHARGED at the start of my "60 days FREE" trial period???
It was a shock to find when I did my regular account audit, that I had been BILLED before they allowed my "Free Trial"to start???

It was processed through "Digital River" in Australia…

Needless to say I am NOT HAPPY about this…  has this happened to anyone else???
