why am I getting error code 0xe001050b

yeah that didnt work at all,i used the removal tool but same thing is happening as before with same error code plus its telling me i must be connected to the internet'' which i obviously am… so anything else i can try before i move somewhere else…?

We regret for the inconvenience caused.  From your description we can see  that you are experiencing issue with installation. Since you have mentioned that you are getting the error status " not connected to the internet,". In this case we would request you to follow the below steps to get the issue fixed.
Step 1: Right click the Start menu and select Network Connections.
Step 2: Right click the network connection you're using and select Properties.
Step 3: Highlight 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)' and click Properties.
Step 4: Select option to use following DNS Server.
Step 5: Please try to use the this port number to configure your DNS.
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
Step 5: Click ok and try to reinsnatll your AVG program.
