So why are AVG not supporting Windows phones. It supports windows tablets!!

Martin, unfortunately, Windows phone is closed system so it is not supported and there in no plan to support it in near future. Only tablets with full version of Windows (same as on PC) are supported. Thank you.

Can you tell me if the above can be loaded onto my phone, which is a Nokia Lumia 735.

Martin, To the best of my knowledge AVG Anti-Virus isn't available for Windows phone. Family Safety used to be but even that's now gone (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?q=windows+phone&urlname=Support-for-Family-Safety-for-iOS-and-Windows-Phone&l=en_US).
