I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. From your account, I can see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited and AVG Password protection. You might have installed AVG Free Antivirus on your computer and logged in using your AVG MyAccount email address which is why the AVG Basic protection shows in your AVG MyAccount.

What protection do you get with the free avg ?  What is the difference twith free and basic protection?

Since I can only see basic protection is the tune up and password protection installed?

I questioned it because in Dec. I updated my protection but I am unable to install and my acct. shows basic protection.

Yes, you can check with that. Open AVG Antivirus Free -> click on "My AVG " -> check whether PC Tuneup and Password Protection showing as installed. Else you can check with it under Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall.
