Free AVG not staring up and unable to uninstall

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

free AVG would not start, had error message something like avgntopensslx.dll is not a windows file or has an error. Have tried to uninstall but fails with error code 0xC0070643, General internel error. Have tried using the remover tool as suggested but fails the same. I really need to get this uninstalled so that I can try re-installing or another product,
