Could you provide the screenshot of error message appearing for installation?

I have tried to download the free trial of TuneUp but each time I try I get error 45003.
This has occurred at least 6 times. I have checked that my internet connection has been stable throughout the download.
I want to trial the product so that I can see how effective it is before actually buying it.
