Avinash worked on my computer. He said he fixed it. It onl last 24 hours.Karthikeyan worked on it and he said he fixed it. It only lasted 24 hours. Bhuvaneswari said he fixed it and it only lasted 24 hours. Syed said he fixed it and it only worked 24 hours. I paid another 79.99 to have Ace work on it for hour and half. His manager said that it was now working and would work for good. That only lasted 24 hours. I am coming to the conclusion that that you will say "Im sorry Mr. Cushman…AVG will not work on you computer." My case number where I paid you the $79.99 to fix it was 73627264. Who will step up to the plate and keep me from going with another company??? This has been more hassel than resolve.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Do you receive any error message when you try to open AVG? Please try to repair AVG and check. To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG Antivirus free in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.
I clicked on AVG Antivirus protection to run a scan like I usually do and it will not open. What has gone wrong?
Tried this and this did not work either.Saw something at one point during process that said "Incompatable Antivirus Detected- Microsoft Security Essentials. Does this help you to figure out why this is not working?

This "Microsoft Security Essentials" is a third party security that might be conflicting with AVG. Please uninstall this program and check if AVG works fine as usual. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

Looks like the 3 of you are responding to my messages so I am asking the 3 of you to figure this out.
Here's what I did per all 3 of your messages,
I uninstalled the free AVG Antivirus,
I uninstalled the Microsoft Security Essentials as you asked.
I reinstalled the Free 64 byte AVG…DID NOT WORK.
I PAID you this morning for AVG Anivirus Unlimited. My profile says I am now enjoying the program along with the subscription of AVG PC Tune up I purchased 2 weeks ago.
But when i try to start either program, all I get is a blank white box where the program should be.
Yes Alan, I have Windows 7 Professional Version. Please send me the solution.
I am politely asking the 3 of you to please work this out and send me the answer.
Try this twice and did not fix the problem.
