Free one-time pc repair won't work... Error code: 0xE001D01D Description: Event exec_finished

Hello Jack,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Are you actually trying to install your 'trial' version of 'AVG PC Tune Up'? If so, is this the first time you are trying this product or have you installed it earlier? Thank you.

Hi Rajarajan, thank you for your response.
You are correct, I am an AVG customer and have been purchasing your excellent products for many years. Having said that, I am NOT looking for any loyalty rewards. My point is that it is a matter of trust and you have mine.
Yes, I have downloaded AVG PC Tune Up before and did not purchase the ongoing product. I thought that I already had it from a purchase for an earlier 'failed' laptop. I used my only known 'key' to get this laptop going about six weeks ago. However, suddenly yesterday my AVG task bar icon offered a one off download. I did not ask for this and understanding the basics of marketing decided that perhaps AVG were once again offering an incentive to purchase AVG PC Tune UP. Ialmost regret taking up that opportunity because it now seems apparent, by your response, that because I have taken up an earlier version, your latest prompt is not valid? I am now very confused and obviously not understanding of AVG's marketing. If it is offered in good faith, thank you. If it was some mistake, that is okay too. Somewhere in the confusion we have a misunderstanding. How do I check if I have already purchased PC Tune Up for the 'old' laptop and transfer its potential to my 'current' laptop? Best regards, Jack Kirkwood
