Diane, if you click "Yes" files will be restored from Rescue center. Could you please check Rescue center is empty ? Thank you.

I cannot access the Rescue Centre.  When I start AVG PC TuneUp I only receive a dialogue box asking if I want AVG to make changes to my computer and regardless of whether I answer Yes or No nothing happens.

I recently ran AVG's 'one-time PC Tune-Up' software and now the text in Excel spreadsheets and on some website log-ons is TINY and virtually unreadable. The formatting of Excel spreadsheets has also been affected in that the text is off-centre in all cells and renders the spreadsheet completely unreadable. The file is not corrupted as the data show correctly on other computers. Any help would be massively appreciated.
