As per our record, you have purchased the subscription for AVG Protection multi-device (1 year subscription) and it expires on 2/3/2017.
We request you to open the AVG Zen window and check whether the expiry notices is for Protection or for Performance?
On Zen interface you can find protection and performance circle.
On the protection you should have the PRO version of AVG Internet Security installed because you have purchased the subscription for it.
On the performance you will have the trial version of AVG PC tuneup installed, protection and performance are both different programs.
Please check for this and do let us know the status of it.
Have paid for AVG but keep getting reminders free trail has ended. Will go back to Bulldog next year
