I have successfully signed up for a free trial of full protection, which I was not satisfied with. For example, scans would show problems I could "fix now." However, upon trying to do this, I was routed to a field asking for what subscription I want to pay for. Needless to say, I do not want to deal with this unless I am paying for it, which I do not plan to. In addition, I couldn't cancel the trial from the "subscriptions" page on my account (I assume because it's not a "paid subscription"). I want to cancel my trial before I am billed. In the event that I get billed before this post is seen and reacted to, I will want a refund. I do not want AVG full protection.
