Hi I would like some assistance with cancelling the free AVG tuneup trial option to subscribe please. I received an email saying my trial is ending and that I could visit my AVG account to cancel it if desired. However there is no option to cancel that program listed under my account where it clearly states that free items are not included on the page. Therefore it seems I am unable to cancel either from my account or by replying to the reminder email (it was returned) so I would appreciate someone attending to this matter please.

Upon checking the provided order #, we see that it is registered under your janfoxdesigns.com email address. Hence, it isn't visible on your end. It isn't recommended to share the account details in the public post. Hence, we've not provided the full email address.
Also, you've received the notification email from an automated email system. Hence, you haven't received any reply.
However, as requested, we've cancelled the subscription (automatic renewal) from our end & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
