We acknowledge your refund request.
Upon checking your account, we see that the trial version of Secure VPN has been renewed to an annual subscription, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry (which has been sent to you on 5/29/19).
Please let us know if you're looking to cancel that subscription & get refunded.

Hi,

I have been chargerd £64 by riverbed technologies for a annual subscription I do not want, or can afford at this time. Please can you refund this and cancel my subscription. I have been a long term customer of AVG, but I do not need this additional subscription.
