What a crock, that you guys keep saying "some people like our ads" blah blah blah when people have asked about getting rid of the "free trial" messages. If that is the case, why not allow someone to stop receiving the same darn ad every.single.day?! I can see getting ads, that's understandable for a free edition. But to click on "No thank you" and have the same exact INTRUSIVE message appear the next day is ridiculous, and certainly won't buy you any FANS!
Furthermore, this ad is MISLEADING b/c it says "free upgrade" but really it's just a free TRIAL (which will lead to further difficulty getting rid of it).
I'm moving on to a different antivirus product, and I think you are shooting yourselves in the foot with your obnoxious answers and ads.
